Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining association records accurately, including meeting minutes and bylaws. This will also include work on our community association governance in the form of:
- Ensuring appropriate documents are included with various meeting agendas
- Meeting agendas are sent out in a timely fashion in advance of meetings
- Ensuring minutes of meeting are taken and draft distributed in a timely manner in advance of next meeting.
- Timely submission of regulatory documents etc
- Ensuring business calendar is kept up to date
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in ensuring the smooth operation and communication within the association.
