As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll be responsible for maintaining association records accurately, including meeting minutes and bylaws. This will also include work on our community association governance in the form of:
- Ensuring appropriate documents are included with various meeting agendas
- Meeting agendas are sent out in a timely fashion in advance of meetings
- Ensuring minutes of meeting are taken and draft distributed in a timely manner in advance of next meeting.
- Timely submission of regulatory documents etc
- Ensuring business calendar is kept up to date
- Your attention to detail and organizational skills are essential in ensuring the smooth operation and communication within the association.
