Our community association was formed in 1986 to provide our residents with a way to engage and participate in their local neighborhood. SHCA is lead by a board of volunteers who organize, manage, and direct social and recreational events. We actively involve our residents to promote and develop positive and engaging  community.

We have been working hard over the past several months to create an informative, easy-to-use site along with an integrated and secure online membership function. While we have done considerable testing and are now ready to introduce these new features, please recognize that we will continue to seek ways to improve.
