When and why did you move to Signal Hill?
My wife and I moved to Signal Hill in 2020 from Altadore in order to settle down and start our family. Signal Hill has everything we’re looking for with a family including easy access to family and downtown. It is a safe community full of families and younger professionals that are in a similar stage of life as us.
Why did you join the SHCA board?
I joined the board because I wanted to learn more about the community as a whole and how the association operates and interacts with its residents. In the time we’ve lived here, time has flown by as our family grew and I know very little about Signal Hill. I want to contribute to the community’s development and growth in a meaningful way, one that will make a positive impact on my family.
What is your motivation to stay on the SHCA board?
I want to make a positive impact and learn more about the community we’re raising our family in. I look forward to meeting and working with the community’s residents to make a positive impact in the place we all call home.
What is your favourite activity in Signal Hill or beyond?
My wife and I love to go for walks along the many pathways and going to parks to play with our boys. We’re always on the hunt for another garage sale or another restaurant we haven’t tried yet. I’m looking forward to getting our boys out on the hockey rink in the coming years as they get older. Outside of Signal Hill we love to golf in the summer and skiing in the winter. We often go to Fernie in all seasons to spend time with family and take the boys on some adventures.
