Good news for the hoop fans: a brand-new basketball net is up and ready to go. New rim, new net, and plenty of summer left to use it. Come down, shoot some hoops, and enjoy.

This is one of those small projects that makes the neighbourhood a little better day to day, and we are not done yet.

What's next: painting the court lines

The next step is painting fresh lines on the court, the key, the three-point arc, and the free-throw line, so it plays like a proper court. It is a hands-on job, and it goes a lot faster and a lot more fun with a few extra people.
