Signal Hill goes all out for Halloween. This year, let's see it all on one map.

How it works

1. Enter your house at shca.ca/halloween by noon on Friday, October 30. Upload up to five photos and pick your best one as the main photo. It's free, and any Signal Hill household can enter. 2. Your house goes on the map. Our team takes a quick look, then your house is pinned on the Signal Hill Halloween map. On October 31, families can use it to plan their trick-or-treat route. 3. Members vote, October 20 to November 2. One vote per member household, so you can walk the map on Halloween night and vote for what you saw. Vote counts stay secret until the end, so an early entry has no head start. 4. The winner is announced November 3 and takes the prize pot.

The prize pot

The winning house gets a $50 gift card. Neighbours can add to it: every dollar chipped in at shca.ca/donate from the contest page goes to the winner, and we'll thank you by name if you like. Local businesses are welcome to add a prize too. Email [email protected].

Voting is for SHCA members. Membership is $20 a year per household, and it's what keeps the rink flooded, the courts open and events like this one going. Join here, and your vote counts the same day.
