Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk — Inflatable Amusements

I am the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed above. I am allowing them to use the inflatable amusement devices (bouncy castles, obstacle course, and slide) at Signal Hill Neighbour Day on June 20, 2026.

I understand that use of inflatable devices involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, sprains, fractures, and other injuries, and I voluntarily accept those risks on behalf of myself and my child(ren).

I agree that my child(ren) will follow all posted rules and volunteer instructions, including:

• Remove shoes; socks must be worn. No glasses, hard or sharp objects, or food/drink inside.
• No flips, rough play, climbing the walls, or piling up at exits.
• Children are grouped by size; small children are kept separate from older/larger children.
• An adult is responsible for supervising my child(ren) at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Signal Hill Community Association, its board, volunteers, and the equipment provider from any claims, damages, or liability arising from my child(ren)'s use of the inflatables, except where caused by gross negligence.
